Group classes
Put simply, yoga ignited our spark and we want to share that magic with you. All classes weave ancient yogic philosophy into 21st century life. All are welcome – from absolute beginners to advanced practitioners. We create content to ensure that you leave each class feeling stronger in body, mind and spirit.
The personalised approach
Small class sizes are our focus. With each class accommodating up to 15 clients, content will be tailored to suit individuals’ needs.
Our style: Hatha with Yin fusion
By merging Hatha Yoga's focus on strength, alignment, and breath with the meditative, deep stretching qualities of Yin Yoga, we offer a comprehensive practice that balances the energetic and passive aspects of yoga. This combination allows clients to build strength and flexibility in their bodies while also cultivating mindfulness, relaxation, and emotional release.
