I discovered the joy of yoga in 2009; it has continued to have a positive impact on my health and well-being ever since. Over the years, I have practiced a number of yoga and healing modalities including: Ashtanga, Iyengar, Hatha, Kundalini, pranayama, meditation, restorative, yoga nidra and Yin. I completed my 200-hour Hatha yoga training with Woke Yoga in Sydney, Australia. Healthy alignment, breath awareness and playful exploration are the foundations of my yoga classes; I will guide you with compassion, love and good humour.
