Tonita Wellness create tailored workshops to help you find space to restore your energy, re-align and return to optimum health and well-being. Be it online or in-person, each workshop can include a combination of the following depending on your specific needs.

The requirements for each workshop are simple: suitable for all ages; low level intensity; no experience of yoga, breath work or meditation necessary; participants are to practice on an empty or light stomach.
Workshop content can include:
Yoga
Yoga: Ignite your inner light with this fluid practice that blends Hatha and vinyasa yoga. As you move, you will be guided to breathe mindfully allowing you to awaken and balance the emotional, mental and physical bodies. A Sparqe yoga session will help you to flow through the rest of your day in a state of calm and ease.

Breathing techniques
Breathing techniques: Breathing is the unconscious action that sustains our life force by connecting mind, body and spirit.Commonly, our breathing becomes shallow whenever we are in a state of stress or anxiety – we may even hold our breath without realising. Learn how to reconnect with your breath – the point of power in regulating our entire system.
Benefits: Energise and focus. Feel refreshed. Increase your vital energy. Dissolve stress and anxiety.
Guided meditation
Guided Meditation: Meditation is about training the mind to become more present. Rather than silencing thoughts, meditation allows us to observe – to become the witness or observer of our inner dialogue without judgment. Our meditation classes will teach you how to calm the mind and become more grounded in the ever present now moment.
Benefits: Clear and soothe the mind. Grounding. Balancing. Dissolve stress and anxiety.
Mantra
Mantra: Sound healing can be created through mantra – a sound vibration through repeated words or phrases in which we mindfully focus our thoughts, feelings and highest intention. Tuning into different sounds can be incredibly effective in rebalancing mind, body and spirit. It is a tool to release the mind.
Benefits: Clear and soothe the mind. A greater sense of calm. Increase focus. Improve mood and well-being.

How are workshops created?

The initial step is to organise a telephone consultation to discuss your individual requirements; Tonita Wellness focuses upon a personalised approach to all services offered. Following the discussion, you will complete a Workshop Creation form where you will be able to select the sessions that are most suited to the needs of your group or organisation. Tonita Wellness will create a workshop overview for your consideration. Once approved, a date and time will be confirmed – you can then look forward to a tailored workshop that will enhance your health and well-being!

How long do workshops last?

The duration of each workshop can be decided by you. A minimum of 1 hour is required for a workshop booking.

Where will the workshop be held?

Workshops can be delivered online or in-person. For in-person bookings, workshops will be held at the Horsehoe Cove Room, Royal Motor Yacht Club, Broken Bay. For organisations, the aforementioned space or a meeting room at your offices can be used.

What do we have to wear to attend the workshop?

Ideally, yoga or leisure-wear is suitable. Workshops will include elements of movement and relaxation – for an enjoyable experience, and to get the most out of each session, comfortable clothing is recommended.

Do we need to organise any equipment?

All equipment will be provided by Tonita Wellness with health management practices observed in line with current New South Wales health directives.
